The Dave Young Children's Literature Foundation

Who We Are

The Dave Young Children's Literature Foundation is a nonprofit organization that purchases children's books for school libraries and sponsors the promotion of literature through technology. The Foundation also awards scholarships to graduating seniors from Natick High School and Westborough High School.

Our History

Dave Young established The Dave Young Children's Literature Foundation in 1997. Denise Young, Suzanne Young Whitehead, and Jason Young with their families continue to run the organization.

Our Event

The annual Dave Young Classic golf tournament is held at Stow Acres Country Club on the last Thursday in June to raise money for the Foundation and to bring Dave's family and friends together to remember a great guy. The 26th annual tournament will be held on June 29, 2023!

Our Future

The Foundation continues to thrive by the generosity of its supporters - Dave's friends and family. We look forward to many more years of supporting children's literature and remembering a great guy, Dave Young.
