Stories of Dave
"I have always believed strongly in people, human kindness and going out of my way to help others. For all of you who wake up tomorrow, look around at the people you love, and enjoy their company, share their love and don't let little insignificant things bother you. Enjoy that precious day." - Dave Young
"Playing sports with my Dad as the coach was always very fun for me. In order to stack the teams our Middle School Rec Basketball team was coached by my Dad and Bryan Smith’s dad just so we could beat the system and have both of us on the same team. We battled all year against the other juggernaut team which did the same thing and was coached by the fathers of Matt Barlas and Jon Severance." - Jason Young
"It was the middle of the summer and we had tickets to the first ever MLS Cup. The weather outside was nothing short of the Storm scene from Caddyshack. As halftime approaches my Dad has the idea that if we leave now we could make it for the second half. We get the rain gear and ponchos on, pile into the Minivan and the rest is history!" - Jason Young
"In our Griswold-like family trip out West, including a trip to Tonopah, NV (home of the Stealth Bomber), a McDonalds and not much else, I experienced one of strangest and now most hilarious moments of my life. We were overlooking the Grand Canyon and discussing our trip and events of the day. After I made a statement claiming to know some random fact, my Dad responded with the quote “You know nothing boy” which we still quote today and laugh about!" - Jason Young
